RUAG repaints Embraer Legacy 500 at Munich facility:
6 March 2020 -Specialised in offering one-stop shop business aircraft solutions RUAG MRO International recently completed the full repainting of an Embraer Legacy 500 aircraft.
The repainting was done at RUAG's Munich-Oberpfaffenhofen facility and it started by stripping the aircraft of its previous paint layers to achieve optimal coating quality and durable skin protection. The owner's personalized design featured multiple dynamic stripes on the fuselage and tail in bold-to-fading shades of black and grey.
RUAG's in-house painting specialists worked together with the customer to update and restyle the aircraft's livery. The repainting process began by stripping the aircraft of its previous paint layers to achieve optimal coating quality and durable skin protection.
