Air BP names Daniel Tyzack as Managing Director Asia Pacific:
25 February, 2019: Air BP, a leading provider of aviation fuel products and services has appointed Daniel Tyzack as managing director, Asia Pacific. He will look after the operations in the Asia Pacific region as well as strategy development and execution.
Daniel will report to CEO, Jon Platt and will be based at Air BP’s Melbourne, Australia office.
Daniel joined BP Group in 1994 on the graduate training programme. He has highly valuable and relevant fuels experience from key roles in operations, sales and strategy in Australia as well as pricing, supply and commercial roles in Europe. His expertise in supply chain management and experience in managing diverse teams across large geographies will be beneficial as Air BP continues to grow its business across the Asia Pacific region.
Daniel served as vice president Midstream for the last four years at BP’s Australia and New Zealand fuels business. In that role, he had to look after the end-to-end hydrocarbon value chain, including imports, terminals, refinery optimisation, key account management and wholesale and dealer pricing. He has a BSc Honours degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Monash in Clayton, Melbourne.
