28 February, 2019: Northrop Grumman Australia, an aerospace and defence technology company has signed the Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Deed.
The certificate was signed by Australian Minister for Defence Industry, Steven Ciobo, and Warren King, chairman of Northrop Grumman Australia’s Advisory Board.
The AIC Deed formed by Northrop Grumman establishes a framework to deliver real opportunities for Australian industry in major defence programmes, in particular, the MQ-4C Triton programme with the Royal Australian Air Force.
The company will work with the government to develop a skilled workforce to build a sustainable, sovereign industrial base.
Small and medium-sized enterprises will continue to get help from Northrop Grumman to deliver innovative capabilities and technologies to a global market.
