28 February, 2019:Western LLC, a commercial real estate development and a design-build firm will be organising an event to celebrate the groundbreaking of “Premier AeroNautique at SAT” the firms newest Corporate Hangar Development at San Antonio International Airport on 12th March 2019. The event will be held on-site at 10440 John Cape Road.
The new Corporate Aviation Campus will consist of seven hangars and associated office space totalling over 125,000 SF.
Honoured guests who would be the part of the event includes Russ Handy, Aviation Director of the City of San Antonio, Brad Henderson, President of Western LLC, and future tenants including executives from Cutter Aviation, AirMed/Air Evac Lifeteam, JetLinx, and Syberjet.
Prior to the event, an open session will be hosted by Western on 7th March 2019 for those interested in learning more about the development. This session will be held on-site at 10440 John Cape Road in Hangar 4.
Handy believes that the $25 million multi-hangar development initiative is the largest single private/corporate capital project in San Antonio International Airport’s history.
These high-tech facilities will be a part of the first hangar development at SAT since 2014, where the average age of existing hangars is around 20 years.
