Duncan Aviation appoints John Petersen as new Regional Manager:
7 June 2019: Duncan Aviation has appointed John Petersen as Regional Manager for the Northwest region of the United States. Petersen has a vast knowledge of the area and strong relationships with many of Duncan Aviation's customers.
As Duncan Aviation's Provo, Utah, facility is under expansion, John will be able to use his resources to support all business aircraft needs, from scheduled inspections to large modifications and paint to AOG.
"When I first moved to this area, I was an Avionics Field Service Engineer for Honeywell for four years before moving to Support Manager and then Sales Representative. Other than my six years in the Navy, I've spent my entire career in the business aviation industry," said John Petersen. "Having worked my way up through the technical ranks, I understand both aircraft maintenance and the importance of keeping customers happy."
"I'm very excited that John has elected to join our team. He came highly recommended from a large number of customers based on his history of responding quickly to their needs and assisting them at critical times when they were in a pinch with one of their airplanes," said Sales Manager Phil Suglia.
"The customers I've spoken with are pleased that Duncan Aviation in Provo has one of the most environmentally friendly paint facilities in the country. It's a world-class facility, and it's generating quite a bit of excitement in the Northwest," said John Petersen. "Duncan Aviation's capabilities are amazing! The three main facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska, Battle Creek, Michigan, and Provo, Utah, really can do it all; customers rave about Duncan Aviation. The Satellite Shops and RRTs also do a fantastic job of taking care of local customers and have often been the only help in the area for customers in the Pacific Northwest.
