26 June 2019: Cebu Pacific Air added seven A321neo and 32 A321neo aircraft to the component support contract they signed with AFI KLM E&M in 2017. Initially, the contract only covered its fleet of over 40 Airbus A320s.
AFI KLM will be providing an array of services under the long-term contract like component repairs from Singapore and AFI KLM E&M's worldwide repair network as well as access to a local spares pool.
The contract extension will boost AFI KLM E&M's leadership position in the Asian market for component support services, embodied in particular through its local joint venture with Sabena Technics, Singapore Component Solutions (SCS) as well as a large regional customer community operating from several hubs across the region.
