7 June 2019: RUAG MRO International has concluded a 96-month inspection on an Embraer Legacy 650. The customer wanted to optimise the heavy maintenance inspection's downtime to ensure ADS-B Out compliance and resolve Service Bulletins. RUAG's Embraer Authorised Service Centre at Munich-Oberpfaffenhofen offered one-stop-shop support and project management. The project was completed on time and to full customer satisfaction.
This 96-month inspection downtime on the Embraer Legacy 650 permitted the owners to equip their aircraft with the necessary ADS-B Out upgrade for compliance with the EASA mandates.
